The license you receive
A Snapset Lifetime purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Snapset on up to three Macs you own or control. The license does not transfer ownership of the software or its design.
One-time purchase
Snapset is sold without a recurring subscription. The price shown before checkout is the price for your region, excluding any tax Polar must add. Updates released for Snapset are included at no additional charge. A purchase does not promise that every future macOS version or third-party app will remain technically compatible forever.
Payments and delivery
Polar processes payment, tax, receipts, license-key delivery and the customer portal. Their checkout terms and applicable consumer law also apply. Keep your license key private and contact hello@souva.co if delivery or activation fails.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or share license keys, bypass activation limits, distribute modified copies, disrupt the licensing or update services, or reverse engineer Snapset except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Public API limitations
Snapset uses public macOS Accessibility APIs. Some apps expose windows differently, delay creating a window, or prevent window control. Snapset will report skipped or failed items, but cannot guarantee that every third-party window can always be identified or restored exactly.
Availability and liability
Snapset is provided as available. Souva works to keep the app reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect placement under every display setup or freedom from all defects. To the extent allowed by law, Souva is not liable for indirect losses or lost work arising from use of the app.
