Souva

Use.
You receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use Souva apps on Apple devices you own or control. Do not misuse, copy, resell, disrupt or reverse engineer them except where law expressly allows.
Wellness content.
Souva apps offer content for discipline, reflection and focus. They are not medical advice, therapy, emergency support, professional coaching or a promise of a specific result.
Subscriptions and purchases.
Some features need a subscription, a lifetime purchase or a one-time purchase. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The renewal is charged to your Apple Account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the current period ends.
If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. A lifetime purchase and a one-time purchase, such as TYST, are paid once and never renew. Apple handles refunds.
Your content and availability.
You remain responsible for content you create. Souva does not claim ownership of it. Apps are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or exact notification delivery.
App blocking and Screen Time.
NoMercy's Discipline Lock relies on Apple's Screen Time framework and works only after you grant permission. Blocking is a self-control tool, not a security or parental-control guarantee: it can stop working if permission is revoked, Screen Time settings change, iOS behaves differently or Apple updates its frameworks.
You choose what to block and for how long. Make sure apps you may need for calls, navigation, health or emergencies stay available. Souva is not responsible for missed messages, calls or other consequences of apps you chose to block.

Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies where required.
